What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel prior to 4 weeks in advance of the course or workshop start date, you may receive a full refund OR transfer you payment to a future days.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course or workshop start date, or you fail to attend on the day or any days during the course, payments are completely non-refundable.
Can I pay in Instalments?
At the moment our payment system is unable to handle instalments. However in certain circumstances and at the course tutor’s discretion we may be able to make an exception. Please contact Ros in the first instance to find out whether this is possible.
Would you run a workshop for my group?
Yes, if you have a group of 8+ in the North West, or 12+ elsewhere in the UK I would be delighted to run a workshop for you.
